HOW TO USE
Ideal to use before bedtime. Fill the bath with warm water, adjust the hot and cold water to your preference. Dissolve the appropriate amount (30-40 grams in 100 litre) of salt in the bath. Relax in the water for 15-20 minutes preferably once or twice a week.
