Shake well. Take generous amount of oil in your palm and gently massage into hair ensuring that entire scalp to ends of hairs are covered. Leave (preferably wrapped with hot towel) for at least 40 mins. May also be left on overnight if desired. Wash with a sulfate-free hair cleanser & warm water. Rinse well.
