How does shipping work?

Since Beautyologie.com is a marketplace featuring fair trade beauty products from many different brands, items purchased on here are drop shipped to you by the brand who makes them.

If you ordered items from more than one brand, your order will arrive in more than one shipment.

Once an item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number for each package via email, and you can check the status of your order by logging in to your Beautyologie account with the email address you used to place your order.

What are the shipping fees?

During our grand opening special, all orders ship FREE in the US via ground transportation.

After June 8, 2021

  • orders of $100 or more ship FREE via ground transportation.
  • Orders under $100 will have $5.00 added for ground transportation.

How long does shipping take?

Since items ship directly from the companies that make them, Beautyologie cannot guarantee shipments arrival times. Our experience shows, however, that most items shipping within the continental US will arrive in 5-10 business days.

Returns Policies

Beautyologie is curated marketplace where ethical and fair trade brands can sell their products, so returns and exchanges are subject to the return policy of the brand who made the item(s) you purchased.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the shipping date of your order. For health and safety reasons, all products returned must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. To request a return, you must include your order number and the products you’d like to exchange for a different product of equal value or return for a gift card for the amount you paid for the item. Arbor Mundi

Aroha Oils

Rest assured. We are confident you will love our products. We will happily replace or exchange any damaged or defective items and will fully refund your original purchase price. Kindly send info@beautyologie.com a detailed email with the reason for return / exchange along with the photo within seven days of delivery and we will arrange for a return pickup and send you the replaced for the damaged product. If for some reason replacement of product is not possible then 100% refund shall be given. For damaged or defective product – Refunds / returns will not be made following seven days of delivery. 

Company reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product. Also, please note, refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order. Refunds shall be processed only on the product price. Refunds shall only be processed once, the return package is received and its contents are verified. While returning, please ensure that the original packing and all its content (including free sample, if any) are repacked properly and safely before it is shipped back. 

Ayr Skincare

All Ayr Skin Care products include a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping) if returned within 30 days. Kaibae

As our products are perishable, all sales are final. Kaibae will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit.

To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

Kaibae is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control.

Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card.

Katari Beauty merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase when sent back, untouched, unopened and accompanied by the following:

Love Indus

We’ve worked hard to create products we want people to fall in love with. But, if, for any reason, you didn’t, we will take it back. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase.

Only items that are accompanied with a confirmed proof of purchase, are eligible for returns or store credit. If an item has been opened and minimally used, we will provide you with store credit for the purchase price (including taxes but excluding shipping costs). If the item you’re returning is unopened and unused, we will credit the original form of payment for the purchase price (including taxes but excluding shipping costs).

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or credits. We will process returns within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please feel free to email us at info@beautyologie.com to help sort out your return.

Luxe Botanics

We offer exchange on full size products only within 7 days of receipt. If you would like to exchange, please contact us at info@beautyologie.com within 7 days of receipt to initiate the process. All full size products must be returned in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging and with a receipt for proof of purchase.

Please package the returned items securely to prevent damage during shipping as any items damaged during transit cannot be exchanged.  We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and recommend you return the items by Registered Post.

When we have received your returned item in as new condition, you will receive a voucher which can be redeemed on our online store within 3 months. Shipping will be charged separately.

We do not offer exchanges on kits or deluxe minis.

Odylique

Odylique merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase when sent back, untouched, unopened and accompanied by the following:

Shea Yeleen

Shea Yeleen is committed to their customer’s satisfaction with their merchandise beyond the point of sale. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the following:

Silktáge

If you are not satisfied with your SILKTÁGE purchase, simply return the unused portion with a note describing the reason, and they will be happy to refund your account for the full amount of your purchase. Silktage accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note that empty bottles are not accepted for a full refund.

Some Moroccan

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Srida Herbals

Due to regulatory restrictions, Srida Herbals will not accept any returns from customers. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the product, Srida Herbals will issue a refund if you contact us with in 30 days of your purchase. Send an email to info@beautyologie.com to let us know why you are not satisfied with your purchase. A member of our team will contact you through email to process the refund. To be eligible for the refund the product must contain at least half the amount of volume of original product shipped, and will otherwise only be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Srida Herbals. Srida Herbals reserves the right to not offer this refund to any user suspected of abusing this return policy. Only the cost of the product plus any taxes paid (as applicable) will be eligible for refund. Shipping charges paid are not eligible for a refund. If you are not satisfied with one product in a shipment that contained multiple products, only the one product will be eligible for a refund. 

Terres D’Afrique

Regrettably we are unable to accept online returns. Should you make an error when ordering online, Terres d’Afrique will gladly refund or exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the delivery and additional postage charges.

The Pure Collection

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to return your Order within 28 days without giving any reason, even if the Product is not defective. This right is subject to certain conditions as set out below:

Your cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you (or a person indicated by you to take delivery, other than the carrier) take delivery of the Products. If your Order is delivered in multiple lots, the 14 days will start counting from the day on which you (or a person indicated by you to take delivery, other than the carrier) takes delivery of the final Products. For example, if you receive your (final) Product on the 1st of the month then your cancellation period will end on the 14th of that month.


You must inform Us of your decision to cancel your Order by a clear statement prior to the end of the cancellation period. You may inform us by any of the methods by emailing info@beautyologie.com.  


You have taken reasonable care of the Product prior to return. In particular this means that you should not have used the Product and any tags, labels or protective packaging should not have been removed.


You return the Product to Us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing Us of your decision to cancel.


You return the Product at your expense (unless it is faulty) in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches Us in good condition. In order to ensure the Product reaches us in good condition in accordance with these Terms We recommend you use the original packaging you received the Product in to return it to Us.

 

Tierra & Lava

Due to the nature of the product Tierra & Lava does not accept returns, but they will happily work with you to find a solution.

True Moringa

True Moringa offers a 30 day risk-free trial. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for credit to your original method of payment or store credit.
