HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Since Beautyologie.com is a marketplace featuring fair trade beauty products from many different brands, items purchased on here are drop shipped to you by the brand who makes them. Please allow 5-7 days for shipping.If you ordered items from more than one brand, your order will arrive in more than one shipment.
Once an item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number for each package via email, and you can check the status of your order by logging in to your Beautyologie account with the email address you used to place your order.

Beautyologie is curated marketplace where ethical and fair trade brands can sell their products, so returns and exchanges are subject to the return policy of the brand who made the item(s) you purchased. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the shipping date of your order. For health and safety reasons, all products returned must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. To request a return, you must include your order number and the products you’d like to exchange for a different product of equal value or return for a gift card for the amount you paid for the item. Rest assured. We are confident you will love our products. We will happily replace or exchange any damaged or defective items and will fully refund your original purchase price. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or offer a refund of your unused or damaged product value within 30 days of purchase date for any full-size item(s) bought from our e-commerce store. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns for used product at this time. ATHR Beauty does not offer refunds of shipping fees or cover shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges.

We know you’ll love our products as much as we do… that’s one reason why our current return rate is so low. We want to make sure that you’re 100% happy with our products and your purchasing experience.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just return your products within 14 days of delivery date and we’ll issue a full refund for UNOPEN/UNUSED products and a partial refund for USED products. Any returns postmarked after 14 days of delivery date are not eligible for any refunds.
