Peppermint Oil can be used for stress relief. It can be diffused into the air, or applied topically to the skin. Peppermint oil has a cooling and refreshing sensation that can help to calm the mind and body. It is also known to improve mental focus and concentration.

Cautions: Do not ingest. Avoid eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Dilute below 10% in a carrier oil if applying topically. Discontinue use is causes irritation. Not recommended for topical use whilst pregnant.
